This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and contains no third-party trackers. Your visit is not tracked and no profile of you is built.
Data controller
SupplyLogicx is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement.
What data we process
- Email contact. When you email us (for example via the "Book a demo" button) we process your name, your email address and the content of your message.
- Technical log files. Our hosting provider TransIP B.V. (the Netherlands) processes brief server logs on every visit, such as IP address, timestamp and requested page, for the security and stability of the website.
We collect nothing more. This website has no forms, no accounts and no embedded third-party services.
Why and on what legal basis
- Answering your question and scheduling a demo: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Security and availability of the website (log files): legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, nor for profiling or automated decision-making.
How long we keep data
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your question, and for a maximum of two years after the last contact, unless a statutory retention obligation (such as the seven-year Dutch fiscal retention duty for administration) requires a longer period. Server logs are kept briefly by TransIP and used solely for security and stability.
Who we share data with
Only with TransIP B.V., our hosting provider, under a data processing agreement. Hosting takes place entirely in the Netherlands. We do not sell data and do not transfer data outside the EU.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Send your request to info@supplylogicx.eu; we respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS) and hosting exclusively within the EU, beyond the reach of the US CLOUD Act.
Changes
We may update this statement, for example when the website changes. The current version is always available on this page. Are you a customer or pilot participant?
